I had organic toasted Os with almond milk and a banana for breakfast, a smoothie consisting of beets, kale, orange juice, grapefruit juice, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and goji berry powder for a snack, chicken salad with balsamic vinaigrette for lunch and it's veggie night for dinner. I'm making asparagus, spinach, sweet potatoes, salad and green beans.

Had a Zone bar for breakfast with some coffee.  Had some leftover french toast bake from our dinner last night for lunch today.  Not sure what dinner will bring, but thinking (since the hubby works late) it will be a "whatever sounds good" dinner for me and the kids...lol

Breakfast was coffee, granola bar and orange.

Lunch was turkey and spinach sandwich on wheat and a yogurt.

Snack will be banana and popcorn.

Dinner, I have no idea about.

Breakfast

Ham, Egg and Dairy Free Cheese on Gluten Free Bread

Lunch

Gluten Free Pasta with broccoli and chicken

Dinner

Grilled Italian sausage, rice with spinach and cauliflour.

I had a couple crackers earlier.. for dinner we are having pork chops.
