School routine, house cleaning, dr. appt., Jiu Jitsu and hemming Valentine pants.
I did a "mini" pilates workout this morning (video) and I'll do Zumba tonight at the gym. If I'm up to it and the schedule works out, I may do kettlebell/kickboxing before Zumba. :)

I'm on day 3 of INSANITY. 'nuff said. lol
I did an hour on the treadmill. Today I did it at the gym for a change.

I did the extreme hip hop ab cardio workout. It kicked my butt lol :)
Ran/Walked a 5K.
Great job ladies! We are still packing and moving...plenty of exercise right there! LOL!
