I'm thinking of starting shakeology and was gonna try mixing it with almond milk.   How does it compare to soy milk?

It's slightly sweeter than regular milk but I like to keep some on hand in case we run out, the kind that doesn't have to be refrigerated until opened.

I like the vanilla almond milk in cereal.

It tastes like almonds to me.  As for just a drinking milk, I don't care for the texture at all.

But we do use the unsweetened vanilla almond milk for fruit smoothies.  There is one brand at my local supermarket that sells an unsweetened coconut/almond combination.  It's my favorite for smoothies.

I haven't tried it yet.  We do soy milk which tastes pretty good to us but I have heard of a lot of people who love almond milk too.

I use it a lot since I'm lactose intolerant. I prefer blue diamond brand unsweetened original in place of milk. Also their coconut one is awesome in smoothies. It's thinner than milk. I used to use soy but I think it didn't agree with me.
