Has anyone ever made their own nut milk before?

I guess you just soak your nut (like almonds) and then blend them up and strain them.

My friend made some yummy preservative free almond milk. I want to make some too!!

I used pureed raw cashews in place of oil in my balsamic vinaigrette. I haven't thought to make my own milk. Hmmmmmm....
