Hi, I'm new, so I don't know any background story here, or anything, but what kind of program are you following? Do you track your calories, both consumed and burned? I've found with myself that when I plateau, it's usually because I'm not getting enough calories, so I track everything on an app on my phone, so I can see where I should be every day, and I weigh every week. Also, have you tried measuring, instead of weighing? Those numbers may make you feel a little more encouraged!
I think that's a good idea. I never go by weight anyway--that is just a number and can be deceiving! Go by how you feel, how your clothes fit, etc. :)

Quite honestly, there was a time I hadn't weighed myself for about two years... I know by the way my clothes fit. If I am on a "diet" to loose, weighing is probably the worst... especially if working out. You'll drive yourself nuts. Maybe once a week, but even then, who cares if you're changing everything? Muscle replaces fat. It's how you LOOK that matters :)
