I usually do Zumba on Saturday mornings, but today I had to work. A friend challenged me and some other friends to start doing the ab portion of our Friday night workout EVERY day, so I did that today. 3 sets of 30 seated twists (with weight), 3 sets of 30 figure 8 (seated, moving weight over one leg, under other and back around) and two 1-minute planks.

The kids did this with me! :)
