Happy to report I gained 1lb on vacation. I was shocked when I weighed in this morning! I watched my portions and ran but I wasn't eating good food. I'm happy I was able to enjoy myself for a few days and only have gained a pound. Yay!!!!

Awesome! That's always nice! I really think that relaxing helps cortisol levels which can keep your weight up when your stressed. I, however have been getting up at 5:30am every morning 5 days a week to work out and have GAINED 2lb! :)

I am going on vacation in a week.  This is motivation to eat right and workout on vacation but still to relax and not worry about everything I consume :)  Thanks for sharing!

At restaurants I ate half if my meal. That really helped. I also made sure to drink a lot of water. Have fun!!!!

You do realize that muscle weighs more than fat, so that it's possible that you gained muscle. 

It's why I don't put much stock in the numbers.
