Fruit, edaname, hummus & carrot sticks
I don't really encourage snacking. But if she needs a little boost between meals, she can have water, milk, fruit, veggies, or yogurt.
My 2 year old LOVES hummus for a bit of protein. She'll also munch on berries, greek yogurt or a cheese stick. Veggies are a battle for us though :/
homemade smoothies...instead of sugar to sweeten the fruit i use honey
fruit, veggies, nuts with dried fruit, or bread with nut butter.
carrots, raisins, cheese, yogurt, apple slices with peanut butter, crackers
