Since I have changed my lifestyle, I have also been more conscious of my children's intake. This is not a big issue since my 2yo loves healthy food! I was just wondering what healthy snacks your kids like.

My son loves fruit(fresh mostly, but if we are out I keep fruit cups with 100% juice on hand). I haven't found a fruit he doesn't like. He also loves yogurt. I get the chobani champions tubes for a quick snack or to go with breakfast!

I don't really encourage snacking.  But if she needs a little boost between meals, she can have water, milk, fruit, veggies, or yogurt.

My 2 year old LOVES hummus for a bit of protein.  She'll also munch on berries, greek yogurt or a cheese stick.  Veggies are a battle for us though :/
