what to snack on when your not hungry?

 hello moms...don't know if you have this problem...your not hungry but wouldn't mind eating something sweet or salty. what kind of healthy snack do you eat? thanks in advance ;o)

My go to snack is fresh fruit. Or I drink some pineapple juice. Very refreshing!

 carrots and hummous. i love adding garlic salt and lemon juice to plain or pine nut hummous. also try drinking a glass of water. a lot of times your brain thinks you want food but all it really wants is water

Salty: raw veggie and hummus
Sweet: vanilla almond milk or frozen berries.

Same here.  If I'm not hungry, then I will do something else to keep my mind occupied other than eating:)

sweet- yogurt, frozen yogurt. (I just take regular yogurt and place in freezer)

salty- nuts, pretzels, popcorn
