I use to get headaches a lot.

Mine are generally stress related.

I've found that headaches I've had was because I was dehydrated.

I got headaches and migraines daily before going gluten free.Havent had one in 2mnths now!!

I have never met someone whose said they haven't ever had a headache... That is interesting, I thought just about everyone did at least once. I don't get headaches too often.... And I've only had a couple migraines, but they are insanely terrible so I feel badly for anyone dealing with those on a regular basis.
