So, I've been seeing how you can do half honey and half regular mustard and tada!
I tried it today. Half raw honey, half Heinz yellow mustard. It was a little too tangy for my kids, but I enjoyed it.
What can I do (add something else), use less of one of the ingredients, etc to make it more sweet, less tangy?
What is dark mustard? I don't think I've seen that, or well...paid attention! lol

Like Gouldon's, instead of French's. It's spicey brown mustard.

very cool that you're trying it. I've done honey butter before but never honey mustard.
