Need to cook healthier

I have seriously strayed a little from my fruits and veggies...need to get back on track with cooking healthier..anyone just ever just stray a little...I can certainly feel it with my energy levels just a little.I plan on buying more produce this weekend including some salad as I miss eating them.

I was like that when I was pregnant. I couldn't any vegetables or pretty much anything healthy, it made me sick. But after I had Dd, I've been strict, well at least with my meals, dh I make regular meals.

When I was pregnant with my twins I craved all bad foods lol....espcially fast food.Im working on eating better and adding more whole grains,veggies and fruits.

I go through streaks of straying. Don't beat yourself up. Just start fresh

I know when I slow down on vegetables and fruit I feel so sluggish keep up the good work!
