I'm hoping I can gather my energy for Insanity. AF is totally kicking my ass right now. LOL. I skipped my insanity last night. :(

Wow, I haven't been ice skating since I was a teen. Allot of the old rinks have long gone since those days.

Our local rink has a publice session in the late morning.  Most days we have less then 10 people mostly adults.  I figure skated as teenager and got back to it after New Year's.  There are "regulars" on the session.

yesterday I did a 3.4 walk/run , also did my squat challenge, arm challenge and my ab challenge for the day....now to figure out today
