
I have started today and was wondering if anyone has done this or is willing to go along on this ride with me??
I have been stuck on day 11, DS has been sick all week and I used that as a reason to stop but today I will continue.

Ok ladies I too a break but I am back day 11: 110 squats done. I am going to keep at it because I know it will be great in the end for my lower back, thighs and buns! We are going to Destin this summer, got to tighten up the jiggles!
I think I am going to skip day 12, rest, because I have been "resting" for 5 days so tomorrow I will do day 13.
How much weight do you hold while doing them or do you not use a bar? I'm in by the way... I'll let you know how I do if I can crawl to the computer and bang on the keys...
