Healthy Moms Healthy Moms

need some advice on how to maintain my weight and also gain my weight healthy and not unhealthy im not big ive always been small we already have two others lost a lot of weight with the other two as i got really sick. right now im 103lbs at 5'1

stick to healthy fats like avacado and coconut oil, up your daily food intake by around 300 healthy calories, and just keep eating lots of fruits and veggies, lean protien and whole grains! Congrats!

Congrats! I started my second pregnancy (third baby) just about the same exact size as you. I also lost first and OB tried to put me on ensure - yuck! Keeping active helped ironically, and try eating healthy high fat foods. Not greasy yucky junk, but lots of the good stuff.
