No problem! I love dr oz and on one of his shows I found I likely have high estrogen. This diet is the most effective way to regulate hormones and/or keep them steady. I can't wait to be regulated! :)

I don't like Dr. Oz. He went on TV and told people to vaccinate their kids and doesn't even vaccinate his own. I don't like hippocrate sell-outs. Can't trust him, even if it is true.. how would I know unless I did further research linking it to someone who hasn't sold out.

Eh, to each their own. I have never seen him be hypocritical.... Generally he gives pros and cons on a subject like vaccinations. I think he has a wonderful approach, is very knowledgeable and educating. But you keep on with what works for you and I will me... and I will continue to share links that I feel appropriate :)

I could go on but I'll stop there. Yes, to each his own, but this is also a public forum and I like to post truth and/or to hold people up to the truth because no matter how much you repeat a lie or how many people believe it, the truth will still always be the truth and its best if people are offered it amongst the lies. Because its on mainstream you should question it. The whole state of the country and obesity was due to the fact that people followed the advice of doctors and doctors are questioning this bad advice they have been giving everyday. Like the eat carbs, low-fat, etc. More and more doctors are questioning this now, a little too late because look at America and all the health issues we have here and we are ranked 37th in healthcare and 1st in healthcare cost so obviously there is a huge problem with sell-outs. I think people should be a little more responsible when posting things in the name of health when it can cause many problems and diseases that lead to death.

Just saying. And of course you can post, anyone can post anything, especially on Cafemom.. I can't believe what some people post, and I can reply, which sometimes I do.

Hmm.... those links are clickable and I'm mobile, but it's looking like you're basic your life off opinions in blogs and forums... I wouldn't really call that research. But you help in your way and I will mine.... Not really too reliable to state opinion as truth. This that I posted is no weight loss diet as you have referred to like carbs and fats..... But anyway, I don’t believe doctors just because they are doctors, I listen and make my own judgements. He isn't a traditional doctor that you are speaking of either..... and he doesn't advocate certain diets, he shows us how our body works and suggests health... you aren't convincing me of anything.... you can move on and simply, not do the diet.... Just saying.... thanks for playing! Have a great day :)
