Baked Ham, green beans, and french fries.


I don't think this is as unhealthy as it sounds. 

The french fries were baked, not fried.

I don't think its bad just don't have a ton of French fries. Portion controlled. I actually had for lunch chicken breasted veggies and some hashbrowns. Kinda the same and I told myself eat only 2. They were really tiny size of a tator tot. So I think its a good meal:)

Yeah... I over do the french fries all the time. 

It's my weakness.  I did bake them though instead of deep frying them. I can't stand them deep fried anymore.

Don't feel bad, i made french fries for breakfast the other day with some seared chicken and a smoothie.

Salmon burgers on whole wheat with tomatoes, avocadoes and spinach. Steamed asparagus.

French fries are about the same as hash browns. :) 

I've done the same with tater tots for breakfast... for my son.. He loves them. Especially with scrambled eggs.
