Lost 16lbs in first five days... now three weeks later.

A total of 19 lbs down.... with the low low glycemic index diet... I stopped: eating breads/pasta/pasta products, eating red meat or dairy, no more boxed meals whatsoever or thick creamy canned soup products, also... no more soda... and only drinking fruit juice two after I dilute it 50/50 with water... the first week that I last the 16lbs in FIVR days... I hadore energy then I believe I have ever had.... just from making my diet all rae or lightly steamed vegetables fruits lean chicken and fish and plant proteins such a legumes beans and different sorts of nuts..... just amazing... literally amazing...
