I eat this for lunch at times and it's 10 grams of fat.  Don't know if that's high in fat or not, but you ladies should try it.  My name is Chasiti btw and I'm glad to be a member of this group.

Kraft mac n cheese may only have 10 grams of fat but the ingredients are pretty unhealthy.  Do you make mac your own mac n cheese from scratch?

I agree here...that stuff is SO processed and the cheese powder makes me want to vomit!

Home made mac n cheese tastes so much better and you know what's in it.  It's pretty simple to make.

I'd have to agree with the ladies here. Easy Mac is too processed to be considered healthy. It's not all about how many calories and grams of fat that items contain. The important thing is to eat foods that are close to their natural form.

Honestly, if you are worried about the fat content. I would just take elbow mac noodles and make your own cheese sauce. The added fish does make it a little healthier, but let's face it. Cheese isn't all that healthy for you (general you).

As I've said before, and will probably say many time over... everything in moderation.

Maybe add some fruit. (not to the dish) but to the meal.
