Last time I tried to make it , it didn't turn out. I boiled the bushes in water ( cut off the stems ) and them mashed them. Well it didn't even mash. It looked like grits. It looked nothing like pictures I see. I added more milk and butter did nothing.

Can some one please help what I did wrong or if you got a recipe please share !

I don't think you did anything wrong.  I find mashed cauliflower to be gritty and slimy at the same time.  Blech!

LOL!

Anyway, unless you just have an aversion to potatoes, try doing half and half.  I think I do 1 large russet potato to 1/2 head of cauliflower.  It's the only way I can eat it.  :)

Try steaming the cauliflower instead of boiling it.

Get a basket steamer, steam gently in small florets. Try an immersion blender or food processor. Never boil veggies, it destroys or wastes in the water much of the vitamins and nutrients. You might like to add grated cheddar cheese. Yum!
