I was so stressed last night that I just had to munch on something. So I made a small fruit salad and it was so good I had it for breakfast too.
I cut up 1 banana and 3 strawberries, 8 almonds (whole, unsalted), a spoon of granola, drizzle of coconut milk It was sweet AND crunchy.
Just what I was craving.
Any other healthy snack ideas for yourself?
