Healthy Moms Healthy Moms

 Okay..so I honestly haven't worked out in around ten years. I mean really worked out. I made attempts but they failed :(. I am not necessarily "over weight" but I am very out of shape. I am trying to get back into eating really healthy again. I kind of got off of that band wagon for awhile.

Does anyone have any advice for someone just starting out? How start out, etc? I was looking into that Couch to 5k program......

Here's the ONLY thing that gets me in gear to actually run. Signing up and paying money for a race. 

If I'm not financially invested, I'll slack off.

I would not consider myself a runner (I don't even love it), but I have finished 2 marathons, and had a blast. The training was hard, but when I was $90 in on entry fee and another $100 on shoes, I made myself do it! :)

Couch to 5K is awesome! Did you end up doing it?
