HELP

I had my baby in nov. I weighed 230-250 (dont remember) after I had her I went from wearing a size 20 to a 17 I thought id looseweight but ddidn't think that much...after I went for my 6week checkup (which I also had the mirena iud put in) I slowly gained it all back which I wasn't exercising or back workingso I knew I would...but now im almost 265 and I've already cut back on eating and been doing some exercising but nothing is helping can it be my birth control? What do I do I wanna be back around 150-230 (230 at the highest would rather be closer to 150)

Don't cut back on eating until you have lost weight. 

Increase you exercise, and exercise throughout the day. Get outside and make sure you eat whole, real food exclusively (or almost exclusively)...

Watch what your eating! More green&veggies! Bump on your exercising! Switch it a little too!
