I have tried it cooked (years ago), didn't like it.

I recently tried it raw... I actually like it a lot this way.

Not at all. I don't like the smell, raw or cooked --not just the snottiness of the plant.

As a kid I dreaded seeing it in my plate. As an adult, I still would not eat it cooked.

Never had fried okra. 

I think I've had it in soups before, but I don't really know how it tastes.
