Yes, however... I have a goal size, moreso than weight. I'm a (curvy)size 4 but I'd love to give size 2 a go :)
When i'm not pregnant (i'm pregnant now) i'm about 200 pounds. I'm 5'8 and tend to carry the weight in my hips and thighs. However, before i ever had children i never weighed more than 140 pounds. So, almost 6 babies later i'd like to actually see myself be under 200 (and not just at 194, etc). I'd say a weight i'd like to be is 140 again but i'm trying to be realistic. Not to mention whenever i do start to really slim down i get pregnant and have to start all over.

I am about 20-25lbs over my ideal weight. I need to get my butt in gear adn do something to lose the weight, but I am at my smallest I have been since having kids, and am fitting into a smaller size than I did in HS.
Yes i'm at my ideal weight, i do workout 4times a week and lift weights.
According to the bodyfat estimation, I'd need to lose about 25 pounds to be 24% bodyfat, which would be fine with me...
Yes, for my frame, I am. Although I'd like to lose my middle. I'm 5'6" and 134. I go to 130 and back up to 135 all the time. Depends on diet of course.
