With the start of a new school year, I am trying to turn a new leaf and get our family going on a more nutritional path. I bought an enormous bag of quinoa from Costco and I am looking at it wondering what I can do with it! I have used it in place of potatoes or rice for dinner but I have heard you can have it for breakfast, lunch, dinner and even dessert! Anyone have any good recipes or uses for quinoa??? Anything would help!!
