Like I said in the warmups post, I pop in a DVD or video game and do everything like they do on there.

Yeah its a toughie but to be plus sized I am proud I can do this. I have a friend who can hang with planks for 5 whole minutes.

I do 3 different leg streches and 3 different ones for my upper body.

I stretch my quads/legs, mostly.  A bit on my upper body as well.

I like to cool down until my heartrate is back under about 95bpm... even if it takes 5 minutes.

When I'm cooled down, I stretch and do ab work. Yoga, mostly, with a bit of pilates thrown in :D
