What do you do or try to do as a daily exercise?
i try to walk if possible, nurse baby (burns a lot of calories!), keep up after my 2 girls too
This month, the 30 Day Plank Challenge and the 30 Day Squat Challenge :D
honestly i don't. i'm on my feet at work for 7hrs a day, constantly walking around the kitchen, lifting, bending, stretching. it's enough of a work out for me
I chase my children, lol. I nurse my 4 month old, and on Mondays and Wednesdays walk to pick up my older son from school! The other days it's a mad dash to get one kid, then the other, so walking isn't an option.
There's stairs in the house, I chase my almost-toddler a lot and try to take the kids for walks... puppy is too little to walk too far so we carry him most of the way lol
