What do you try to eat or drink that is "good" for you?
I try to get a few good servings of veggies every day
and fruit too!
i also try to drink at least 120oz of water
Water, coffee and a little whole milk. Nothing diet.
Blueberries, Greek yogurt with probiotics, almonds, cabbage, carrots, hummus and many more.
Lots of veggies and fruit. Whole foods, not processed.
Food with a lot of flavour (had Indian last night!!)
I try to drink enough water, and I try to make sure to get some fruits or veggies with every meal!
I make a chocolate protein shake with milk... it's the only time I drink milk lol
well i don't "try", i do drink water all day (only thing i drink outside of coffee)
i'm a vegetarian so i get plenty of fruits & veggies daily also
