What are you having for breakfast?

I had a two egg omlet w/skim milk, spincah leaves, green onions and green pepper with a slice of whole wheat toast and pb!

mine wasnt healthy....banana and 2 donuts. i'm nursing and feel like the calories are burnt off of me since i am eating a lot lol

 I had my usual: chocolate protein shake (milk, ice, protein powder, cocoa and honey blended SO YUM!)
