2%. As low as I can go. I used to work with friend who had dairy farming family. For years when her boys were little, she'd swap out the blue low fat milk cap for the red whole milk cap. Her husband and kids drank 1% milk for years before they found out.
We just drink water. Occasionally, I will put some almond or hemp milk in my chai - but usually not.
2%, but I do love whole :)
