Any exericse today ladies?
The only exercise i've been getting lately is walking up and down my stairs and carrying a heavy baby. I have been losing weight though. The baby weight is coming off like CRAZY.
5.4 mile run on my treadmill!
Today is a rest day for me. I did 4 miles on Sat with a group of running moms and 5 miles with DH and the kids (in stroller) yesterday. Tomorrow, I'll need to do 3-4 miles.

90 minutes of up and down the stairs, sweeping, putting away and laundry...
I run 3-4 miles with a friend on Thursdays, Mondays are just too crazy for me :)
