I'm a little confused .

What do you mean how much of what ?

But here's my " life "

I'm a Vegan , therefore is VERY important that my body gets all the nutrients it needs , so I have an app called " Calorie Count " where I plan all my meals and workouts , it tells me how much nutrients my body needs and weather or not I eat enough of them plus my calories , my calories burnt and weight .

Here's a picture of today's log .
I got a "A" and as you can see I got all the nutrients my body needs , even as a Vegan !

I will let you know what my day of food consists of .

Breakfast :

Smoothie :
1/2 banana
1tbs Organic Almond Butter
1 cup of black coffee
1tbs Ground Flaxseed
Almond " milk"
Ice

Snack 1 :

1/4 cup Raw Almonds

Lunch :
Vegan Quesadilla & Salad.

1 Whole Wheat Low Card Tortilla
1/2 cup Vegan Cheese ( I prefer "Go Veggie")
Tomatoes
Mushrooms
Salad ; Romain Lettuce & Cucumber with Lime juice & Sea Salt .

Snack 2:
Homemade Vegan Oat Bar ( I can give you the recipe(: ! )

Dinner :

Spaghetti
1 cup Whole Wheat Pasta
Home made marinara sauce
1/4 sun dried tomatoes
1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
Spinach

Then I work out ( 45 min cardio & 45 min weight training )

Post Workout Snack :
Odwalla FlaxSeed Protein Bar & Green Tea(:

I hope this helps (:

It varies from person to person depending on their weight, age, height, lifestyle, goals, etc...

Feel free to PM me to talk more about it.

I exercise about 10 to maybe 20 minutes a day. I just has baby's #6 a few weeks ago so I'm just getting back into the swing of things. I tend to drink my lunch, don't do breakfast except for maybe a kombucha tea or BLK water.  Sometimes I'll do a wrap with paleo wraps and some Lisa n Dave's tuna or deli meat. Then I'll make something for dinner like turkey stew or veggie one pot dish, just depends on what was on my menu
