MyFitnessPal but not regularly. I find it taught me my portion sizes used to be way out of control. Not because I tried to overeat but because its what I thought was normal!

I also use an app called Pact that syncs with MyFitnessPal and it pays you to workout and eat healthy! Really! I use it for workouts and veggies but you can also sync your whole dailys meals and earn money that way, too.
The downside is if you don't make y our 'pact' you pay them! (technically you pay everyone who does their workout and then those who don't pay you if you made it)
