hi..do you think that massage will be the best substitute for us if i skip a workout this week?..hmmm...

Unfortunately a massage won't make you burn up calories like exercise will. The best thing to do if you have to skip a workout is to try and make it up on one of your off days. Also, anydays you are going to not workout, you don't need many carbs at all, so watch your carb intake. If you watch your diet very closely on you off days you won't have to worry about gaining anything. Remember the only way to loose weight is to burn more calories than you take in. :-)
