Just a few moments ago I was playing with my dd and she fell. She smacked her lower jaw on a side table and bit her lower lip has a cut on the inside and outside of her lip and its a little swollen. Lucky I don't believe that she bit all the way through but she sure freaked out when she saw the handful of blood coming out of her mouth. I had her put an icecube wrapped in a washrag on it for a bit until the bleeding stopped and she seems fine now. Amazing things our kids do

Youch!!! I always get pics of DS's fat lips, and show him when he over reacts to future injuries. LOL

Yikes!  How does it look today?  Not too bad I hope?

My boys were playing yesterday and somehow my youngest got the tip of his nose scraped and it looks like road rash-just in time for easter pictures, too!

Yikes! Mouth wounds are the worst- they bleed so bad! I usually give my kids a popsicle, because it works as well as ice but my kids (4 and 2) won't keep an icepack on themselves.
Glad to hear she'll be okay.
