I have a very hard time getting my daughter to eat protein. Is there anything I can do or anything out there to get some extra proteirn into her? She's not un healthy or anything but she is pretty slim.

How old is she?  What have you tried already?

My DD was a self-appointed vegetarian as a toddler, I couldnt' get her to eat any meat.  We loaded up on other forms of protien instead: peanutbutter, nuts, beans, yogurt, cheese, eggs, etc.

Will she eat just a hamburger patty, or maybe meatballs separately on the plate with the other food items?

I use nuts, beans, Greek yogurt as a source of protein.  Does she like eggs?

My 8 year old daughter is very slender and eats very small amounts of meat.  I always have nuts on hand for her because it is something I can get her to eat.  Yogurt as well.  =)

This is exactly what I was going to say.

My son won't eat any meat either. He will be 2 on Saturday. He will eat chicken, but only when he feels like it. Kids are strong willed and get in their heads that they don't want something and then refuse to eat it.

Just keep offering it - and in the meantime add it in in other forms like the other said!
