What activities are you gonna do now that summer is here?

My dd is going to bible cam in July.  I am in a new house with a new baby so I will be getting settled here in town.  Finding where all the parks are ect....

I am horrified of the summer...

no school and no one to take care of my DD Im freaking OUT!!!!!

of course i have to work all summer long.. being a working mom is soooo much stress!!!!

I'm sorry summer is stressing you .... Have you looked in to the local summer camps? a lot of them are cheaper than daycare and they do things with the kids....  try places like the boys & girls clubs, ymca , or even ask your school district ... or look up local church they some times have camps also .... camp isnt doable maybe look in to a high schooler who needs a summer job... contact the local high school career center ...

yup, thats exactly what Im looking for... her bio dad will take her for half of the vacations, he is a principal in another school, so he might as welll take her for all the vacations, but he likes to see me stressing, and wont take her for all the vacations... ;(

the only bad thing is that I am not in the states, so it is not as easy to find a camp or a sitter that is trust worthy...

 Wow, sounds busy.  Have fun!

Alex just wrapped up 2 weeks of swim lessons, and started Kinder Musik and Karate.  Carter's doing Kinder Musik too!

My best friend from college came to visit for a few days, and my mom got into town last night.  She'll be here til Monday, then is taking Alex back to Colorado to go camping!  Carter and I will fly out to pick him up Friday, and spend a few days there :)

July will hopefully be a little less crazy, lol.
