I cant seem to fill my 4 and 1 year old up during meals. I have, for the most part, cut processed meals from our diet. It has been a week with this change to healthy whole foods and I was under the impression that this health food stuff was going to fill us up. I read that it does, but my sons had 6 servings of oatmeal each for breakfast and only stopped because I cut them off. My 2 year old drank 4 servings of a vegan smoothie I made as a snack between meals. I am confused about this. All I did was cut sugar, corn syrup, white flour and started making more vegan and vegetarian meals instead of consuming meat every lunch and supper. Help! They are eating too much! My budget cant do this if they dont fill up on the healthy stuff.
