Do your kids take vitamins, if so which ones?

They were taking the gummie vitamins, but I found out they aren't all that great for you (too much sugar). Now, I am just making sure they eat right whenever possible and having their vitamin C, etc. I will talk to the Dr. about which vitamin is best next time I take them.
