I can't get my son to eat anything except for pizza, fries, chicken nuggets, burritos, and ice cream. Does anyone have any advice for how to incorporate some healthier options to an extremely picky eater? I love to eat healthy and with diabetes and heart problems running in my family, I want my son to eat healthier too. I don't expect him to eat tofu and what-not, but I really want to give him healthier foods so he isn't at risk for health problems. I'd appreciate any imput. :D
dd is not at all picky. her favorite restaurant is a mongolian grill. she will as for black beans, edamame, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots etc and then request sesame oil, garlic broth, ginger, lime juice, everything by name and her own mix.
