White "seeds" in his skin

Hello, I'm new here and I need some advice. My 12 week old son has several spots on his face and arms that look like hard white seeds. They seem to be in his skin and don't bother him but I would like to remove them. Does anyone know what these are? Will they disappear on their own? Is there a way to safely remove them? Thank you for any help you can offer!

Its called some thing i can't remember its a m word lol! But there harmless and will go away on there own. If you try to get then out your only gonna cause your baby pain and maybe scarring out bruising.

 Totally normal every baby I've ever known has had them. I just wiped DS's face with a warm wet washcloth a few times a day, and they went away.

Completely normal both my boys had that too and it went away

I forget when they went away but I think most babies have them at some point.
