What is the first information you look at when looking at nutrition labels for your kids food?  Do you always look at the labels when buying something new?

Do you buy all of your food organic, or is it just something you keep your eye out for?

Yep, always read the labels, and I look more at the ingredients.

Red Dye #40. If it has that there's no need to look at anything else, I don't buy it.

Is there a sensitivity in your family, or do you avoid it for other reasons?

Mostly, I buy everything organic. The few things i'm not able to buy organic, i make sure to get gmo free. On rare occasion I will buy non-organic items..... but not usually.
