It's that time of year again--time to get your heart-shaped cookie cutters and your pink food coloring ready! From breakfast to dinner, it's pretty easy to show your kids how much you love them on Valentine's Day. If you're looking for a different option, just make them their favorite meals--and don't forget to include a little love note in their lunchbox.

What will you be cooking for the loves of your life this Valentine's Day?

Ham and Cheese Wraps
Looking for a healthy option for your little one's Valentine lunch? This recipe from Anders Ruff is the perfect choice. Whole wheat tortillas and light swiss cheese spread make it a tasty but lean meal. Plus, it can easily be modified for picky eaters--just switch out the meat or cheese if necessary.

Bee Mine Lunchbox
Go all out in your kiddo's lunchbox like this cute idea from Lisa Storms. The fruit kabobs echo the stripes on a bee, and the toast stamp makes a unique imprint on an otherwise normal sandwich.

Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup
We've loved grilled cheese since we were kids, and we're glad to pass on the tradition to our little ones with this recipe from A Passionate Plate. The heart shape makes them super festive, and they pair perfectly with tomato soup for lunch or dinner.

Valentine Pizza
If you're feeling ambitious, you could try making your own heart-shaped pizza, but we like this idea from One Charming Party because it's much easier but equally as adorable. Just cut pepperonis into hearts and throw them on your favorite pizza, fresh or frozen.

Heart Shaped Dipped Krispies
When it comes to dessert, chocolate is a must for Valentine's Day. Here's a fun twist on a classic from Joy the Baker--because everything is better dipped in chocolate! Kids will love mixing the marshmallows and cutting out the hearts, too.

Put some of that Valentine candy to good use with this tasty brownie recipe from Sweet and Savory Tooth. We're going to have to hide a special stash of these for ourselves because we know they'll disappear in no time!
