Hello! haven't been around in a while. This is what I have been up to.

Losing 24lbs and tons of inches since mid-june.  I have been doing carb nite solution, which is a form of carb cycling.  Ultra low carb most of the time, with occasional carb heavy evenings.  :)  Anyone else currently a grain-free/sugar-free lifestyle to weight?

Wow!  You look fantastic!  It's great to see that you are doing so well!  I'm just exercising and watching what I eat, making healthier choices about ingredients and serving sizes in general.  I've lost quite a bit of weight this summer!

Way to go!  Losing weight is really hard. 

I have lost just over 75lbs since 2010 and want to lose another 40 but its really been hard and back and forth this last two years!  I wish I had better before and current photos.

Congratulations on your success.

I watch what I eat and and still trying to lose about 15 pounds. I exercise 5 days a week

 Wow, congratulations!!!
I've actually moved the opposite direction :(.......Crazy busy summer DH & I both working 50-60 hours per week meant way too many drive through dinners. Getting back on track now.
