How did you teach your child to blow his/her nose and at what age? My daughter just turned 3 and she can't seem to master this skill. She is really sick and stuffed up, can't breathe, wants to nap and can't sleep. I have used the nose frida snot sucker in the past and it works but she freaks out every time. I am trying to teach her to blow, with no luck. :(

Showed it over and over, but it takes time and practice and coordination.

I teach by having them cover one nostril at a time and blowing out. It takes less force to get more out. Warm baths always help clear noses too.
