Hi I am new to the group, and I did not have any trouble losing weight after my first two babies, of course I was 18 and 21 then, and to skinny to begin. Now my third baby I can not get this weight off, I stay at home now and run a daycare, so I do not get out much to be active. I am 5 foot, very small framed and 153, would like to get down to 125. I think the more I get depressed about how much weight I have gained the more I do not care and eat. And I have a problem with always saying, well I will start tomorow or next week. I would love a buddy who I could email, or talk to about my frustrations, and goals, and help stay on track :)
Hey!! welcome to the group i am 28 with three and have put on weight with all three lol. I am realizing that it is small steps that are helping me with my weight loss. Because i had them like two/three years apart i didnt lose the weight i wanted . but changing eating habits helps sooo much drinking a ton of water. We as moms already know what to do the DISCIPLINE is what is hard lol. when you get depressed you can eat but reach for like raisin,craisins or other fruits.
