Hi. My name is Hilary. I am trying to lose the baby weight. I weigh in at 177lbs. I would like to get down to 135lbs. eventually, but think I will just start slow. :] Anyone in? Each week (or every two) we can "weigh in" and we can also keep in contact to support each other, let each other know what we ate, how much, if we have anything we would like to share with each other, just anything. :) I am excited to start losing and be able to play with my kid without being so worn out after. Hi ladies, well its Friday........haven't done so well getting into and excercise routine and with the tempting Halloween candy I haven't behaved too much. LOL I am working on the motivation. But even with all that I am still maintaining at 172 lbs. Hoping for better results this coming week but at least I haven't gained any weight. Hope everything is going well with all of you keep posting :)
I haven't been on for about 2 weeks. Has anyone had some positive results? I was sick with a viral infection for a week. I lost 3 lbs. I haven't checked my weight for a week though. Afraid I may have gained it back.
