Goal is to drastically cut my sugar consumption.
I've made four workouts since Wednesday-two Body Pumps and two Body Combats. I have succeeded in my sugar goal, but allowed myself sugar freedom on Halloween. Feeling really good. No weight loss yet.
November 3rd-Weight: 197
Goal is to continue to refuse to put anything in my mouth that is not nutritious or healthy.
