I have finally gotten serious about losing weight by eating healthier and exercising. I did it once before and lost 40 lbs. but I did it in very unhealthy ways to the point where I snapped and became a binge eater and gained it all plus some, back. Now I have been much more healthier in my approach and after a little over a month, I have lost 8lbs. I feel so motivated right now b/c I'm seeing results for all my hard work but it is still one of the hardest things I've ever had to do. My goal is to lose 50lbs. more so I still have a long way to go. I'm looking for a weight loss buddy who can relate and offer support b/c they are going through it too.

I would love to be your buddy. I know what you mean. I went from 220 down to 175 not the healthy way it did not last i went back up to 220 and now am trying my hardest to eat right and exercise everyday. Am down to 206 the healthy way.I am serious about losing weight i don't care if it takes me a yr i will lose the weight. I want to get to 150 but i will be happy with 160. email me if you would like to be Buddy's, that way we can exchange what where doing and what exercise we are doing.

Mamita; How are you doing on your weight loss? Thanksgiving will be tough. I too am trying to lose weight and it is tough. I have been trying the Atkins for 2 weeks and it is not what they say. I have been following the plan to the tee and so far no real show. What are you doing ? I am not a big eater but I crave salty stuff, you know Chips. i also got an exercise bike that I ride for 20 min. 3x a day. Keep in touch and maybe we cancompare notes. Thanks Karma649
